FAQ

Q1. How do you ensure the quality of vehicles and after-sales service?

Paragraph

We select models that have proven sales volumes and stability in quality, which have gained widespread market recognition and validation. The brands we choose have extensive international operation experience, and their vehicle design and testing strictly adhere to global standards, ensuring high quality and reliability. All vehicles undergo comprehensive pre-shipment testing to ensure performance and safety. For after-sales service, we provide comprehensive technical support and spare parts supply to ensure timely service and maintenance for your customers.

Q2. Are your prices competitive?

Our advantage lies in offering quality vehicles at favorable prices. We collaborate directly with manufacturers and top dealers, reducing middlemen, which allows us to provide you with more competitive pricing. Moreover, our pre-owned new energy vehicles are known for their high cost-performance ratio, giving you a competitive edge in the your market.

Q4. How long do you ship the ordered vehicles?

Our standard approach is general trade, where we facilitate the export of vehicles to our international clients. However, for markets with significant potential, we are open to establishing forward warehouses. This strategy involves stocking a portion of our vehicle inventory in the bonded area of the target market, allowing for direct sales to local importers and distributors.

This approach not only reduces lead times but also provides a more agile response to the demands of the local market, enhancing our partnership and supporting your business growth with a more accessible and efficient supply chain.

Q3. What cooperation models do you offer?

At our China-based automotive trading company, we understand the importance of timely delivery for our valued clients. Here's what you can expect when it comes to shipping:

Availability and Preparation: Our selected vehicle models are readily available in stock. We ensure a swift transition from the manufacturer or domestic dealers to the port of departure, which includes thorough inspections and the completion of all necessary export procedures. You can expect your vehicles to be ready for shipment within 20 to 30 days from the confirmation of order.

Ocean Freight: The sea freight duration is subject to the specific route from China to your destination port. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure that your vehicles are transported efficiently and arrive at their destination in a timely manner.

We are committed to providing you with the most up-to-date information on your shipment's progress and are dedicated to delivering your vehicles as quickly and securely as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to meet and exceed your expectations in every aspect of our service.

Q5. What is the payment term?

Once your order is confirmed, we require an initial deposit of 30% to secure the vehicles on your behalf. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will provide you with the vehicle identification numbers (VIN) and commence the preparation of your vehicles.

Prior to the completion of the export procedures, the remaining 70% balance must be settled to ensure the smooth progress of the shipment. With the full payment cleared, we will arrange for the dispatch of your vehicles.

For clients with an established reputation, such as those who have passed the credit assessment by Sinosure and obtained a credit limit, we offer the flexibility to ship goods within the credit limit. We will release the bill of lading or telex release bill of lading once the final payment for the shipment is received.

Q6. How do you ensure the stability of your supply chain?

We have established long-term partnerships with multiple suppliers to ensure stable vehicle supply even during market fluctuations. Additionally, we are continuously optimizing our logistics network to reduce transportation time and costs, ensuring vehicles arrive in Ghana promptly and securely.

Q7. What are the differences between China's emission standards and the EU emission standards?

China's National VI emission standards differ from the EU standards in technical requirements and emission limits. National VI standards are stricter in certain aspects, such as limits on carbon monoxide (CO), non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC), nitrogen oxides (NOx), and particulate matter (PM). The National VIb phase has more stringent limits compared to the Euro 6d phase for CO and NMHC. Additionally, National VI includes Real Driving Emissions (RDE) testing to more accurately assess vehicle emissions under real-world driving conditions, similar to the strict RDE requirements in the EU. National VI also adopts a fuel-neutral principle, setting the same stringent limits for NOx in diesel and PM in gasoline vehicles, which differs from the EU standards.
